Cloudtalk is a cloud call center software provider that focuses primarily on serving SMBs. CloudTalk has a plethora of intelligent features including advanced voice analytics, auto and power dialer, smart IVR, call routing, and more. Cloudtalk has solutions for both inbound (Cloudtalk Support) and outbound (Cloudtalk Sales) contact centers and offers great value to SMBs, particularly with the “Essential” plan, which is more affordable than some of the bigger VoIP providers with many of the same features. Cloudtalk’s focus is to help businesses anticipate customer needs, decrease agent workload and increase efficiency by leveraging the pwer of artificial intelligence. Cloudtalk also offers a hosted PBX (Cloutalk Voice) solution which comes with advanced analytics, IVR, call recording, and more.
