The Local with More plan ($34.95/month) features unlimited local calling, 5¢ a minute nationwide calling, voicemail ($3.95/month), and calling features. Both plans feature free activation and include the same calling features—i.e. 3-Way Calling, Anonymous Call Rejection, Call Forwarding, Call Forwarding Selective, Call Return, Call Screening, Call Waiting, Caller ID, Caller ID Blocking per Call/Line, Caller ID w/ Call Waiting, Repeat Dialing, and Speed Dial. Additionally, users can select Carefree Minutes packages—Worldwide 300 ($14.95/month), Latin America 300 ($9.95/month), Western Europe 100 ($4.95/month), Mexico 100 ($4.95/month)/Mexico 300 ($9.95/month), or Asia 100 ($4.95/month). In regards to ease of use and setup, equipment and set up are done by Comcast’s technicians, who also provide user guides and walkthroughs. Comcast also issues a Customer Guarantee (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee), which includes a variety of problem resolution solutions. Additionally, there is Signature Support available, which provides users with live tech support 24/7 via live chat, 855 number, and online community forum. Comcast also offers support services for users’ computers, networks, and hardware/equipment.
