Inteliquent

Inteliquent, formerly Texas’ Broadvox, is a nationwide Business Communications provider specializing in cloud-based communications, applications, and high-quality broadband connections. In doing so, the provider offers two business solutions, one for Enterprise and another for Small-to-Medium sized businesses (SMBs). Both solutions offer SIP Trunking, Hosted Voice, Broadband, and IT Services, which includes/allots for cost efficiency, flexibility, multi-location support, contact/call center, business continuity, HD voice, and scalable broadband. While offerings are similar, there are variances too. For example, the Enterprise solution offers SIP Trunking, where the SMB solution offers SIP with IP PBX. In addition to solutions, Inteliquent offers various products including SIP Trunking, Hosted Voice, Broadband, and IT Services. Customer support is available via phone and email. There are also various resources available to users via website—i.e. reference guides, CommPilot Portal, a list of interoperable desktop phones and corresponding user guides, and configuration guides. Live chat is also available. Inteliquent also offers a Partners program to users.
