Lastly, with AccountMate Solutions, NPI offers custom programming to users—i.e. custom databases, visual AccountMate modifications, Switchvox custom programming, accounting systems, etc. Custom programming is tailor made for individual users and their systems. Aside from these offerings, NPI offer VoIP systems including custom systems, Digium Switchvox, and Polycom as well as Computer Network Support—i.e. network support, break and fix support, and nonprofit services. Remote Support is also available. Additionally, users have access to an online portal.
