With each service, users are privy to a number of features and options. For example, with Continuity, users can select from Hosted or Trunking Continuity. Additionally, the provider allows users to have an active involvement and knowledge of their system. In doing so, users have access to diagrams that display how services work. In addition to diagrams, Stage 2 Networks offers a variety of support resources in their Library—which consists of a Call Center (with Broadsoft Documentation), Case Studies, Customer Service, FAQs, News, Press Releases, Training Videos, User Guides, and White Papers. Separate from voice services, Stage 2 Networks also offer Connectivity services including Wide Area Network (WAN), Connect2, Internet Access, Stage 2’s Network, and Lit Building Look Up.
