The Sales representative were prompt in providing assistance and helping me select the plan. Though the Ekyc process took some time however the agent assisted me well. its been 2 months and service has been a delight as of now.
Expecting the same throughout. Cheers to The Real PBX and their services.

I ordered their 2 users plan and was happy with the onboarding session and the helpful demo they gave. I feel they worth the pricing I paid and the porting process was also quite prompt. I have been using the services for one year now and I am quite a happy customer as I do not face downtown issues.

I have been using there services from quite a while and I am a happy customer, I have my business in UK ( Manchester) and have been stress free because of the excellent up time that these guys offer. The best thing is there sales representatives are more of a consultant and are quite patient while addressing your requirements.

pathetic service.. agents have no idea what they are doing.. They do not reply on emails… They false charge the customers..

They are cheaters and cheat customers by falsifying charges every month.. The have a prepaid plan but for some reason it gets converted to postpaid and they start charging you pro rata. I signed up 3 accounts with the and now I am going to cancel my accounts with them

Dear all , who going to enroll with PBX , its my best suggestion to you all to not come here, its totally waste of money . They Will make you Frrrrusted with their services which was never on Time .
When i Talk to Sales Guy they confirm that they have a Plan that Called unlimited . after using few days of that plan , my Business were got Stuck due their Fault, after that they ask to add money on to account for continue getting my calls. They run a Kind of “Robbery Gang”.

I have moved my business from track drive to the The Real PBX because of the excellent forwarding portal that they provide, I am happy with there services however I do have to change the numbers often because of the type of business that we operate in.

My Name Is Saurabh Gupta I used The Real PBX, My Account Name : Saurabh@2017, [email protected], I am using last 1.5 Year, I used the plan $99.94/month, With 9300 minuts, Before goes to take this plan i confermed 3/4 Sales agaent that, if i will take call on my indian No that any extra charge, They told me sir NO any extra charge Only 2minuts will charge/Call minuts
But Today i expalin my problem that the charge me more than $25 for getting calls on my Indian Number. The guys Khushal/diwakar told me sir it was miscommucation, i am sorry about that you charge $25,

I am really Very Upsate about this things By The Real PBX, Its Very Bad company, I recommonded All My frineds Dont used THE REAL PBX, If you are going to used The real PBX so ready with different different Way to charge,
its too bad company

My experience with The Real PBX was good Was happy with their refund policy, They have a good Sales Team and support is also good.Reaching them is easy . Moreover they setup an account within 2-3 hours.

One of third class service provider I ever seen in my life. They route your customers somewhere else. They sell your data to other parties. They are one of the biggest fraud company . They claim they run their business from US, while I get to know they are running their fraud company from India
