Getting VirtualPBX for my law office…

Getting VirtualPBX for my law office has been an incredibly satisfying experience– one of the better business infrastructure decisions I made. I had been with two previous VOIP providers (Ooma (eh) and Nextiva (ugh)) and Virtual PBX is by far the best in every way. As one might expect from any provider, sales was super attentive and helpful. However, whereas some of their competitors can be high pressure and slimy seeming just to make the sale, VirtualPBX sales is genuinely helpful. Onboarding and support is on another level. US based, truly helpful, quick on the phone or in response to chat or email, and dedicated to fixing the problem for you. And this is my experience from an account with only two users on a lower tiered plan– not a huge money maker for them. And yet they still have been treating my like I’m a 10k a month client. The web portal (Dash) is straightforward and intuitive. It is very easy to set up systems and get things configured as you like. The cell phone app works as you would expect. There are a lot of providers out there, so I clearly can’t speak to all of them (Ooma was alright, Nextiva was truly awful). But I can honestly say that you absolutely cannot go wrong with VirtualPBX.

I previously paid $70 a month

I previously paid $70 a month for a basic business phone landline from AT&T, with no extra services and awful customer support. Virtualpbx.com is 50% cheaper than AT&T with so many extra services. I had the service for about 6 months only had to contact customer support to help me setup the service with my computer. Also, wish they had a mobile app.

I had an issue with my router that I have been trying to communicate and resolve with my internet service provider since January. After a 10 minute call with VirtualPBX’s customer support, I was able to properly configure my network settings, and issue is resolved. Thank you for your support.
