Great Price! Great Service! After…

Great Price! Great Service! After nearly two years of uninterrupted service, my VoiP Adapter failed. We could not make calls out, and all incoming calls went direct to our Voicemail. Thankfully, with Voiply’s email notifications that we have a voice mail, we never missed an important call. The technicians at Voiply helped I.D. the issue, and immediately shipped a new Adapter. Upon the easy change of Adapters, our phone was back to proper working order within minutes. Thanks Voiply!

I really tried to work with these…

I really tried to work with these people and to push them to support their products and their offered services. In the end (three months) I failed to get any of the features they promise to be reliable, although the call quality was better than others. I changing my service, waiting for the porting to clear with the new provider. The cons outweighed those features: Incoming calls do not ring the local phone. Voice mail doesn’t work on their app. Features have bad side effects (fail for no reasons). Support’s job #1 is to blame you for a problem. And to not tell what they did attempt to fix a reported problem.

Price is good, and the calls come thru OK…but the “Call Scenarios” are not explained well. No detail provided, and no manual is provided, not even one you can download. Terminology is confusing, mixing “phones” with “lines” and some other ambiguities. Portal instructions seem to have been written by someone who does not understand the English language very well. I’m trying to stick it out because of price, but may have to change back.

Support is great along with price but…

Support is great along with price but the phone app works when it want to and the home phone is the same way. I have call support about once a week because one or the other not working. Who would think that a minimum 300 characters need to right a review. This service really suck. I am going to find another company for my phone service.

I had an issue with my new number, but when I notified Voiply they resolved it within moments. I am loving the call forwarding and the voice message/email transcribe features. The price is better than many other services as well. The setup online was easy, the equipment arrived in a timely manner, and was easy to install. Win/win.

I switched from another VOIP provider…

I switched from another VOIP provider who was having ongoing technical issues affecting my business. I switched to VOIPLY and was pleasantly surprised and relieved at the fast service, deployment and overall care I was given. The call quality has been consistently excellent, and guess what? No tech issues after two months of service.

I have rated Voiply honestly, and the honest truth is that I’m quite satisfied with the service,, but you should know that they pay users $25 to write a review. (I’m not going to take their money.) They don’t dictate the content, but based on their unsolicited email to me — “Thanks for leaving us such a wonderful & positive review” — I presume they only make this offer to people who have written positive reviews of them elsewhere. I may be wrong about that, but companies who pay for reviews are, intentionally or not, corrupting the review stream, in my opinion.

I’ve recently started using the Voiply service and have found it to be very reliable with good sound quality. I really like having the additional app on my cellphone as well. I have reached out to support during the service up and also periodically to ask questions they have been very responsive and good with their responses.

I have always bundled my phone service with my ISP. However, the cost kept going up and the service was getting worse. So, I was ready to cut the cord. At first, I was reluctant. Was concerned about the quality and liability of the service. However, I’m glad I change over to VOIPLY. Switching was easy, setup was easy, and porting the old number was easy.

After being with Vonage for over 15 years, I was looking to cut costs but not quality and customer service. By switching, I’ve saved over 50% for my VOIP costs and was able to continue to have an easy transition/porting, very good customer support, and exceptional quality of service. I’m missing a few features from the App that VOIPLY could work upon, but other than that, I’m a happy and satisfied convert!

Editor’s Bottom Line of VoIPly

With headquarters based in Pittsburgh, PA, VoIPLy is dedicated to the mission of providing reliable, simple, and cost effective Unified Communications. With a major focus on the SMB market, VoIPLy offers a very competitive Business plan that rivals some of the largest providers. With such a low entry cost, no contracts or setup fees, and 60 included features, VoIPLy already has a recipe for a compelling offering. However, add in a 30 day money back guarantee, and on top of it free IP phones for your new service, and VoIPLy brings to the table one of the best solutions for any business migrating over to a Hosted PBX.

While the free phones are basic, VoIPLy helps remove some of the initial barrier to entry VoIP, and even allows users to upgrade to more advanced phones. But if phones aren’t all you need, then VoIPLy should have you covered with a massive feature set — including Auto Attendants, Toll Free Numbers, International Dialing, Call Recording, Online Meeting and even Video Conferencing for no extra cost. VoIPLy themselves explain how the provider aims to stay at the forefront of technology and innovation, and that is evident in the inclusion of not only Online Meetings but even a Developer API to build your own unique integrations.

In fact, the inclusion of access to a Developer API helps set VoIPLy apart from other similar providers, aiming towards the SMB side of the market. While a cost effective VoIP solution isn’t very difficult to come by, one that includes as much as VoIPLy does (including IP phones and a Developer API) is fairly unique. For the teams that still need it, Virtual Faxing is included with VoIPLy service as well — which can be a major factor for certain SMBs, depending on the industry.

Support should have you covered as well. VoIPLy offers both 24/7 email and live chat, along with phone support for 8am to 8pm EST. While a relatively new company into the Hosted PBX and VoIP industry, VoIPLy still manages to offer one of the most compelling Business plans for the cost conscious SMB. While not their main audience, VoIPLy does have a strong enough solution for even larger sized teams that need a simple and easy VoIP solution, especially when migrating from a legacy system.
