Solutions include: Hosted Call Center—with reporting and queue analytics, agent productivity tools, supervisor productivity tools, and BroadSoft Supervisor; Disaster Recovery & Ultimate Redundancy—with ultimate redundancy, bandwidth aggregation, and cloud backup and storage; and Unified Communications—with anywhere mobility, collaboration and video, secure IM and presence, and email integration. The provider’s products include: Votacall VCBX Hosted VoIP—with hosted VoIP, Votacall Hosted VoIP platform, and BroadSoft; Video Conferencing—with mobile video and video phones; Hosted Microsoft Services—with Hosted Microsoft Exchange and Hosted Microsoft Ocs; and Votacall Cloud Layers—with Votacall Report Hosted Call Accounting, VFAX Anywhere Cloud Faxing, Hosted Call Recording, V-IVR, VANA, Virtual Vault, and Unity Pro Desktop App. Separate from all of this, Equipment includes: VoIP Phones (Polycom and SNOM) and VoIP Hardware (Adtran, Cisco, Edgewater Networks, and Acme Packet). In regards to customer support, the provider features the typical trappings, which include a contact form (directly on website), as well as a Resource Center full of downloads, training videos, and user guides. Aside from the Resource Center, there is a a Customer Account Center, where users can manage their account, and a Support portal that includes trouble ticket submission, troubleshooting, knowledgebase, news, and more.
