For example, in offering VoIP Phone Systems, Xtelesis works with ShoreTel to fit users with ShoreTel’s components, contact center, phones, web based management, communicator, Voice Switches, and Conferencing solutions.  Additionally, Xtelesis offers a Hosted PBX solution separate from ShoreTel. Xtelesis, based out of Burlingame, CA, offers Main and Hosted Support via different emails and phone numbers from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, Monday-Friday. Additionally, there is a customer portal as well. Pricing is determinant based on method/solution selected.
