For those who don't typically utilize Outlook, carrying over contacts might be a little tricky. Nextiva recognizes comma-separated values (csv) files in this process, which store tabular numbers and data in plain-text form. While attempting to bring these over to the address book, I found that they didn't transfer over properly from Excel sheets. This video features a little trick which might seem time consuming, but is much easier than entering those contacts one by one. Once entered, your contacts should appear both in the Nextiva Call Manager and Commpilot.
