FreedomVoice, a leading provider of hosted VoIP business solutions, announced that they will host a training and certification program on November 15 and 16, 2012, in Baltimore, MD, to increase sales of their FreedomIQ Cloud-based phone system, and their on-premise solution, FreedomVoice Business Continuity.

The two day course, which will be held over at the Marriott Courtyard Baltimore BWI Airport in Lithicum, MD, will provide a great opportunity for existing and potential FreedomVoice vendors to work directly with FreedomVoice’s instructors and engineers. The course, dubbed “FreedomVoice University,” is taught by a traveling team of instructors. Local dealers are vital to FreedomVoice’s continued expansion, in this case in the Northeast Region. FreedomVoice supplies dealers with live warm leads, marketing materials, and the training necessary to keep customers happy.

“Whenever we run FreedomVoice University classes in Baltimore, they always fill up quickly,” said Bob Capasso, Northeast Region Channel Manager and FreedomVoice University Instructor. “If you are thinking about adding cloud phone systems to your current offerings, you need to attend this training course.” Mr. Capasso’s enthusiasm is backed up by the facts. Certified dealers see a market increase in sales, as well as shorter installation times and better customer satisfaction.

Founded by CEO Eric Thomas, in 1996, Encinitas, CA-based FreedomVoice was one of the first providers of toll free numbers in the U.S. Since then, with the help of its many local vendor partners, FreedomVoice has grown to serve nearly 30,000 customers nationwide. FreedomVoice launched the FreedomIQ hosted business VoIP solution in 2006.
