The following video is a guided tutorial on integrating the X-Lite or any Counterpath soft phone [including the Eyebeam & Bria] for use with Nextiva plans. These phones are not available through Nextiva and must be downloaded directly from the Counterpath web site. Once you’ve completed implementing the softphone, make a test call to yourself to be sure it’s working properly, and if so desired, is sharing your extension.
