I’ve been using Panterra Networks for…

I’ve been using Panterra Networks for 6 months when my school went remote. I only work off of the mobile app on my cell phone and it has been a lifesaver! I have had no problems as of yet and am completely satisfied with their communication and service. Being able to work from my cell phone, anywhere I’m and not be confined to a laptop has been a game changer for me. Highly recommend!

I was just told that to end service…

I was just told that to end service with this company (after 3.5 years) we will need to pay $32,135.60 + taxes. We are a small, family business trying to move to a more reliable solution. Calls drop frequently, video requires a software download and is choppy, and their support team is friendly but just blames our internet bandwidth (which has not been an issue with Zoom!) End result, we cannot reliably make calls, and to move to another system they expect us to be able to pay over $30k. We are trapped – be aware of this company and their contracts.

We have used PanTerra since we opened…

We have used PanTerra since we opened our new office and have not had any issues. Previously, we used Nextiva and we so unhappy with the services that we opted not to move them to our fresh, new space. PanTerra held our hand through each step of switching and it was painless. We had not had the same experience when we switched to Nextiva from Ring Central and we were scared about all of the headaches we may encounter but we still felt that a switch was worth it. If we have any questions, PanTerra takes care of them immediately. We are not new to the VOIP world but I will say that PanTerra services are the first that really made us feel like the features make it worthwhile. We utilize the virtual faxing more than most businesses and feel that PanTerra’s product is so much simpler for each employee. We could not be happier than we are now thanks to PanTerra.

I am no stranger to VoIP so I knew what I was looking for when I came across PanTerra. I also knew what I was NOT looking for. After doing a few trials with other companies, I knew at the end of the day it really came down to support. The set up was not rushed and they took their time to make sure I had what I needed before I even ordered phones. Oh, they also dont bill you while you build out the system! The thing I like best is that I have only had to call them 3 times in the past year. Really nothing has needed fixed. I have been called from Jive, Vonage and all the rest and they try to sell me “cheaper” service, but honestly, who needs the cheapest plan when this is your business life line.

The good: PanTerra calls are generally good quality and is reliable. The bad: The admin control panel is the most over-complicated, un-intuitive mess I’ve ever seen. Designed by programmers, it makes no sense to the average admin. Adding new users is over complicated and even a simple task like that requires a call to support. The desktop app, called Streams, has been abandoned by everyone at the company. Too many features are unreliable, or don’t work at all. PanTerra sold us on the promise that they were always innovating and these rough spots would be addressed quickly. After 2 years, nothing has changed. Requests to discuss our dissatisfaction got a call from a sales manager, who then never returned our messages after we called him back. The sales suport team was very patient…

The sales suport team was very patient in explaining the use of the system before the sale, helpful in the porting stage, and knowledgable in the implentation and on boarding parts of the process. We move freom Ring Central and are happy with the choice. The virtual PBX is a great value and solid ROI for my firm.

PanTerra Networks has been wonderful to work with and we’re very satisfied with their services. I happily recommend them based off of my own experience. We discuss the efficiency of time management a lot here and they fit in perfectly as they save us time on a daily basis. They have given us a phone service and other communication tools that work well everyday. Additionally, when we need to make changes or adjustments, their support team is easily reachable through the massaging system and prompt to respond. Five stars!

Hands down, the best one of my service providers. They make everything so seamless and I truly enjoy the team they have in place. We have multiple locations and PanTerra tied them together as one. I have attempted this with two other companies (Ring Central and Nextiva) and neither progressed it to a point such as it is today. PanTerra was a lucky find for us because according to my salesman, they spend their money on research not marketing. I would agree from what I have seen online. We did a POC (proof of concept) which was invaluable because it allowed us to test specific features that we were hoping to use in most transactions. I recommend PanTerra to all business users. If you have particular needs, it is worth your time to explore those with PanTerra.

I love everything about PanTerra. It’s easy to use out of the box. They called it “plug and talk” and it really is such. Managing the employees and departments is quite simple. Their mobile app allows me to change settings and monitor the company from any place I go. PanTerra has allowed our company to move to a new level in servicing customers and profitability.

Extremely easy transition from our Ring Central service to PanTerra’s UCaaS. I had deep concerns about switching phones and the complications involved with this. Mainly, I was concerned about downtime. Secondarily, I worried about the learning curve for my employees, the functionality of the features, and the general disturbances in daily life before practices become second nature. I had zero downtime. PanTerra switched on and instantly we could ring into our main number. I used the same phones I was using with the old service. The Onboarding team put together the call plans and we switched about one hour after closing one day. It was essential that we have zero downtime because of the state regulations for required after hours contacts within our industry. I was testing our phone number and it consistently rang even as we switched over. The messages and voicemail boxes were all working right away. The PanTerra team trained my team and allowed plenty of time for questions. They have offered us ongoing training also. I feel that PanTerra’s system is user friendly and was integrated into our daily routine without hiccups within a few days. I am consistently reminded that I choose the correct provider with each question I have posed to PanTerra. I have recommended PanTerra and I recommend them to each individual who reads this.

PanTerra’s Stream platform is a bit of a unique offering in the market, one that does not have too many competitor’s. In the Business VoIP space, the closest comparisons to make would be to RingCentral’s Glip platform. Users gain the ability to contextualize everything they do, with team messaging at the fore front of communications. Users can create different conversations for teams, departments, projects or just one on one conversations. An update feed lets everyone know who is working on what, so Stream really expands itself into a collaboration tool just as much as a communication tool.

A softphone is built right into the app as well, but users can also utilize desk phones for a standard telephony experience.
