I have been Nextiva customer for over a…

I have been Nextiva customer for over a year for phone service and for about a decade for fax service. Nextiva was a mistake as most integrations and add-ons do not work, and tech support is clueless to help. SMS was not working for 2 months. An integration with another software program has been down for over a month. If you need CRM or any synchronization with Microsoft, Google, or any other software of any kind, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

If you need CRM or any synchronization with Microsoft, Google, or any other software of any kind, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Pros: For phone, fax and other basic VOIP services it is fine. However, if looking for any integrations, synchronization with Google or Microsoft 365, CRM or any program of any kind, look elsewhere because nothing works and tech support has no clue.
Cons: Tech Support, Integrations and Add-ons.

Tetiana was incredibly helpful and patient! One of our phones did not work, and after trying to reset it, we discovered that the base unit was damaged. She was able to get us a new one sent out in short order. I have always had great experiences with the staff at Nextiva, from onboarding to maintenance and customer service. Thank you Nextiva for having such a great customer service team!

I was on the verge of quitting Nextiva but his brilliant mind found a solution to a problem that I was told twice was impossible. I have just upgraded our service to “Nextiva Anywhere”. I managed to test the inbound calls being transferred to assigned cellular numbers, but had an issue with placing outbound calls. Anastasiia P. just resolved this. She was confident, knowledgeable, polite, found the solution quickly . Excellent support work!

I would recommend everyone to Nextiva and Tonia for their VOIP phone systems. I could not figure out how to set up phone lines and extensions on my phone by myself and Tonia fixed it ASAP. Nextiva’s Business telephone Service offers Voice Over Internet Protocol voice calling with advanced features like call forwarding, call screeningcall routing, and the ability to send/receive unlimited messages from a desktop or mobile app.

Nextiva also offers free number porting, allowing users to keep any existing phone numbers while adding new United States local or toll-free numbers. Unlimited calling to the US and Canada, call recording, and voicemail to email and text capabilities are also available.

Agents are able to take calls from any device or even switch devices in the middle of a call if needed. Customizable priority alerts let customers know when their most important clients are on the line, giving them time to prepare for the call.

Admins may also customize extension numbers, use the push-to-talk feature, and anonymously reject and block calls from certain numbers.

Nextiva’s multi-level auto-attendant, makes call routing even easier, decreasing customer wait times and allowing team members to take calls from anywhere. To allow for better monitoring, each agent has their own status indicator and call presence settings.

Any number of users can bring their own device, make calls via softphone, rent desk and conference phones, or purchase new phone equipment from Nextiva.
